Refund policy
Jenn & Co. will accept returns for most merchandise in its original packaging and condition. Shipping charges are non-refundable. No returns or exchanges after 30 days. Mahjong items, Sale merchandise, Balloons and Custom Orders are NON- refundable.

Customer is responsible for return shipping. Shipping costs are non-refundable. And we recommend getting tracking and/or insurance in case of lost product.
REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund to original form of payment. Allow up to two billing cycles for credit.
EXCHANGES (IF APPLICABLE)
