Return Policy
Jenn & Co. will accept returns for merchandise in its original packaging and condition. Shipping charges are non-refundable. No returns or exchanges after 14 days. Sale merchandise, flat wrap sheets and custom orders are not returnable.

Customer is responsible for return shipping. And we recommend getting tracking and/or insurance in case of lost product.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund to original form of payment. Allow up to two billing cycles for credit. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Exchanges (if applicable)
